Posted by:

Women aren’t the only ones who struggle with eating disorders.  Millions of men across America suffer with the same cycles of restriction, binge eating, purging and other unhealthy weight control behaviors that plague so many women.  But since these diseases are often seen as a “girl thing,” men are less likely to seek the help that they need to recover.

Please share this infographic from the National Eating Disorders Association on your own blog or through Facebook and Twitter.  Give voice to this silent epidemic for National Eating Disorders Awareness Week and beyond.  Click on the image to see it full size.
