Women aren’t the only ones who struggle with eating disorders.  Millions of men across America suffer with the same cycles of restriction, binge eating, purging and other unhealthy weight control behaviors that plague so many women.  But since these diseases are often seen as a “girl thing,” men are less likely to seek the help that they need to recover.
